In the first few day's, Let's assume daily your site has been opened 2000 to 5000 ( as per your marketing)
On an daily average your site is viewed 3500 times.
Now even at the bottom, if we expect a 10% click on 3500 views, that equals to 350 clicks a day.
On an average we get around $2 per click, that means 350 clicks x $2 = $700 or Rs.28,000/- daily.
Let's take one more example ( based on a survey conducted by us.most people managed to reach at least here by the end of 4 weeks)
Minimum view per day 1500
Average clicks per day 200
Average amount per click $1.5
Daily Income = 200 x $1.5 = $300 or Rs.12,000/- Daily
All these calculations are based on views of members in the initial stage at Maxsol. The income later does increase with time.

Monthly Adsense Income Calculation -As per the above calculations -
1. A daily income of $700 = monthly income of $700 x 30 days = $21,000 or Rs.108000/-
2. A daily income of $300, monthly income of $300 x 30 days = $9,000 or Rs.432000/-
What You say now, isn't a mind blowing income with our minimum calculation. Even now also you think that you can't earn this much. What about again 10% of this total amount. Again you will earn atleast $2,100 or Rs.84,000/- or $900 or Rs.27,000/-. This too is a big amount. But why we are talking only on the lower side, when we are sure to earn on the higher rates with hard efforts of our Adsense Expert Teams.

When will I get my First Adsense Payment?
As per the Adsense policy, as soon as an amount of $100 is accumulated in your account, Google Adsense Team will send you a Adsense Postcard with 'PIN' no. which you have to input in your Google Adsense Account. They send this PIN just to verify that you are the right user of the account and also to verify your Address, so that when they send cheque's to you it should reach the right address.

76-year-old mystery Valentine's card surfaces at Duke University

Earlier this month, as Mike Trogdon was going about his routine as director of operations for postal services at Duke University, he ran across something rather startling: a letter from Salem, Va., postmarked Feb. 12, 1934.

He told Yahoo! News that his first thought was "Where in the world could this have been for all these years?"The letter — which bore a 2-cent stamp and a 1-cent stamp — was addressed to a "Miss Margaret Davey c/o Duke Hospital, Duke University."

Trogdon checked the university’s records for any mention of that name in the employee database. When that came up empty, he decided to open the envelope. Inside he found a Valentine's Day card adorned with numerous hearts and a giraffe.

The message read: "In the race for my affection, you win by a long neck, so be my valentine!!"

At the bottom of the card was a signature: "Joyce."Trogdon contacted the school's alumni department to see if anyone named Margaret Davey had attended Duke in 1934, and indeed she had.

Davey had graduated from the Duke School of Nursing in 1935, went on to enjoy a long career as a registered nurse in Virginia and Florida, and married a World War II veteran. Together they raised a son and daughter.
But sadly, the dig for information about Margaret Davey revealed something rather unfortunate: She died in January of this year at the age of 96 — just two months before her Depression-era valentine caught Trogdon’s eye.
Still, Trogdon was determined to get the word out. He contacted Leanora Minai, the school's director of communications and editor of its employee newsletter. She tracked down a few of Davey's surviving family members, including her son, and they set about trying to crack the other mystery of the card: Who had sent it? Eventually, they established that in 1934, Margaret Davey had a 6-year-old niece named Joyce living in Salem. Joyce — now Joyce Galbraith Colony — turns 82 in April and lives in Charlottesville, Va.
"My mother wrote both the envelope and the 'Joyce' signature inside," Joyce Galbraith Colony told Minai in a piece for Duke Today. Colony's mother, Florence, was Davey's older sister. "She was my favorite aunt.
"One mystery will probably remain unsolved, though: just where the card has been hiding these past 76 years. Trogdon’s best guess is that it fell behind a mail counter, where a vigilant postal worker finally retrieved it.
But that doesn’t account for another recent revelation: A second envelope addressed to Margaret Davey at Duke University has also recently surfaced at the U.S. Postal Service’s Processing and Distribution Center in Raleigh, N.C. — and it, too, was signed by someone named Joyce. The missive was postmarked in Salem on Jan. 15, 1935 — nearly a year after Joyce had sent off her valentine. Postal officials sent this wayward letter to Margaret Davey's other niece, and included an explanatory note.
"We believe it may have been left in a mailbag and overlooked by our personnel who emptied the contents," the note read. "Occasionally, an envelope may stick to the seam inside a bag.
"The missing-mail saga is already causing a stir around the Duke campus — even as the student body is obsessed with how far the school’s famed Blue Devils basketball squad will go in this year’s NCAA tournament. Davey no doubt would have enjoyed hearing her name crop up amid all the hoops mania, Minai suggests.
"Margaret was an avid Duke basketball fan," Minai told Yahoo! News, proudly noting that she kept "a poster of the team, signed by Coach K, above her bed in the nursing home."

Feng Shui for easy Pregnancy

Pregnancy is an exciting time for moms-to-be. Preparing for the new addition to the family is a thrilling experience but what's even more beautiful is bonding with your baby while she's still inside of you!

Whether it's feeling your baby's movements or talking to her even before she's born, those 9 months are special to every expecting mom. So it's important to feel happy and attract positive Chi so that this passes on to your little one. And that's where Feng Shui comes in…

Some simple but effective Feng Shui practices like aromatherapy, the use of earth elements like crystals, the use of color and even sound, would improve the overall energy of your living space and also your internal Chi. The result: Freedom from stress and discomforts associated with pregnancy and prenatal care. To boost your health as well as the baby's, you could make certain modifications to your home décor and even dress to encourage positive chi. It could help your create a sense of comfort and confidence.

So let's see what you should do, shall we?

Open up the windows. Allow natural light to flood the room and fresh air to enter. It will make you feel better.
  • Relocate computers and televisions that emit high radiation.
  • Check for faulty/ frayed electrical wires and get them replaced.
  • Get rid of excess clutter and bulky/ unstable furniture, especially around your bed. Clutter causes negative energy to build up making you feel stressed, down and discouraged.

Now for some colour therapy:
  • Decorate your room with colours like pink, red, green, indigo and light blue. These colours promote and encourage healthy pregnancy.
  • The colour green has a very special significance from the Feng Shui perspective. Green signifies growth, rebirth and fertility and is one of the best colours for pregnant women.
  • Chromo therapy believes that when one sleeps on a pea-green pillow, it delays baldness and Green is considered as the best colour for pregnant women.
  • Use of colours like pink or green in your daily attire or in the décor will help you enjoy an easy pregnancy.

Here's what you shouldn't do:
  • Change the position of the bed during pregnancy. It disturbs the chi energy.
  • Move homes or change rooms or carry out a major home renovation or construction during pregnancy.

Focus on Skills to get a JOB

Hot Jobs of the Decade

If you are looking for a job, make it a point to enquire about the longevity of the function and industry you seek employment in. Apart from outlining the industry and role definition, job sites are now putting down a crucial detail--longevity of careers. In a world where technology obsolescence is a ruthless reality, employees should ask for how long a skill-set will be relevant.
Every few years some skills and industries are considered "hot" or "sought after" and then the demand for these skills either dies, if the sector is rendered redundant, or it tapers off. For instance, billions of dollars were spent on the Y2K phenomenon and for years techies working on it were the most sought after.

But the scenario changed after 2000. Today, cloud computing is a big thing in IT and those who have been working on it will stand to gain. Telecom companies are already importing talent from Europe and Japan because 2G will soon be history and people who understand 3G and its applications will be hot property.

If you don't want to be caught in the wrong job, choose your industry with care so that you are relevant even a decade later. Forget about a career for life because hot jobs and sectors come with their own set of benefits. So get on to the gravy train before it stops. Also, people working in sought-after sectors enjoy better perks and salaries, so not only does that put you in the thick of action but ensures good money as well.

Will mobile applications grow faster than the IT business? Is a KPO job better than a marketing job with a fast moving consumer goods company? We tell you all. Here's a lowdown on what skill-sets will be in demand in times to come and what they pay.

RESEARCH ANALYTICS: The world's largest companies are queuing up in India to understand why their customers are not buying a particular brand anymore or which group of customers is eligible for a mortgage and which is not. If you have a flair for numbers and enjoy applying statistical tools to arrive at simple solutions, you are looking at a career in research analytics.

There are different verticals within analytics where one can specialise. From top multinational banks to pharmaceutical companies, everyone is setting up a back office in India to decode reams of company data so that they can fast-track growth, improve sales, reduce customer churn and get better insights into their businesses. As a research analyst, you can help companies forecast sales, consumer demand and position their brands better.

The voice-based business outsourcing may be under threat, but the knowledge-based outsourcing activity is still going strong. The job of a research analyst would include data mining, data manipulation and applying predictive models to arrive at solutions. With an increase in demand for people with skills in numbers, econometrics and mathematics, the salaries are doubling with demand. Sudeshna Datta, co-founder of Absolute Data and Research Analytics, a KPO, says, "There is tremendous potential and career enhancement opportunity in analytics. The next 10 years will see good growth in the sector as business is flowing in from India as well overseas."

DIGITAL SERVICES,: India is not just one of the largest mobile phone markets in the world with 524 million users, but also a big consumer of digital content, be it entertainment, music or games. With the launch of 3G networks, a host of new services and applications will be launched soon. And cellphone users will be buying things using phones, watching films on it, and downloading games, music and videos too. All these services will be conceptualised and provided by content and digital experts. Known as the value added services (VAS) industry, the size of this market in India today is Rs 5,000 crore. Globally, mobile entertainment is a $32-billion industry and gaming is $28 billion.

Like any other service, this too delivers entertainment and other commerce-related services to consumers but the interface is through a mobile phone. In the next few years, this segment will create a host of new jobs and opportunities. So, those with creative skills can look at designing innovative WAP sites and those interested in the technology piece can arm themselves with a certification in JAVA, C++ or J2ME. However, a large subset of the digital services space will be mobile VAS and gaming. If you have experience in media, entertainment or technology, you can write games, design characters and animate them using technology or come up with services that mobile consumers may want to subscribe to.

The opportunity is great as most of the leading gaming studios of the world such as GameBoxx and Digital Chocolate have their operations in India. Apart from that, even Google and Yahoo have large development centres here. Says Siddhartha Roy, CEO of digital entertainment company Hungama: "The digital entertainment economy will employ a large number of people in times to come. It offers a wide range of career options, from creative to technological."

FACILITY MANAGEMENT: India is going to see many new skyscrapers, malls, IT parks and SEZs. All these residential and commercial spaces require to be managed in an efficient manner. But it's not a janitor's job. Running world-class facilities require engineering and management skills. Corporates invest sizeable funds in creating physical assets such as offices and factories, with several hi-tech electrical and mechanical systems, which need to be maintained so that work proceeds smoothly. Proper maintenance also enhances asset value over years.

There are a host of Indian and multinational facility management companies that typically offer hard and soft services in the country. While the soft functions include front-end services like managing the reception and support staff of a facility, the hard services require skills that can help buildings optimise efficiency.

A facility manager provides predictive mechanical and electrical maintenance services and Heating, Ventilating and Air-conditioning (HVAC) management. With most new buildings going green, a great deal of talent would be required to manage them and their equipment. MD of real estate developer Lodha Group, Abhisheck Lodha, says, "With economic growth, new highrises and corporate facilities will need to be managed efficiently. For this, facility management companies will need people with hospitality and engineering skills."

AUTOMOBILE CLAY MODELLING: The Indian automobile industry is the ninth largest in the world with an annual production of 2.3 million units. India is not just a robust automobile market but also a large exporter of small cars. In 2009, India emerged as the fourth largest automobile exporter after Japan, South Korea and Thailand. Going by the bright opportunities, India has laid out an automobile mission plan under which the industry is set to create 25 million jobs by 2016.

With almost every marquee brand driving into the country, India is becoming a hot battleground for cars. From BMW to Hyundai, all auto majors are striving to develop products relevant to the Indian market. For this, they are going to need people who can design and model cars that are good both functionally as well as in looks.

Automobile design comprises three segments--exterior design, interior design, and colour and trim design. First a car is designed graphically on a computer and then translated into a physical model. A stylist responsible for the exterior design works with digital or manual images of the car design and then translates it into a clay (industrial plasticine) model. Design and dimensional data from this model is then used to create mockups.

With Computer Numerical Control milling machines, the clay model is first designed on a computer and then "carved" using the machine and large amounts of clay. Even in times of 3D software and computer-aided design tools, the clay model is still the most important tool to evaluate car design and, therefore, used throughout the industry. Indian automobile industry is likely to need a lot of clay modellers as demand for localising design is slated to increase.

RURAL MARKETING: From mobile phones to automobiles to consumer durable companies, everyone's making a beeline for India's six lakh villages. Rural jobs have been in focus for some time. As the world slipped into a recession in 2008, Indian consumption also took a backseat. While urban India was reeling under the impact of the meltdown, rural India remained oblivious to it. Thanks to the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA), which promises 100 days of employment per year to rural households, 30 million families have got jobs.

On the other hand, farmers reaped benefits from higher support prices of staples like wheat and rice. Clearly, this has kicked off a wave of consumption in rural markets, hitherto avoided by most companies, except FMCG players like ITC and Hindustan Unilever.

With urban markets getting saturated, companies are heading to rural India. For this, they require marketing, sales and creative talent. A graduate degree from a rural college coupled with some exposure to rural markets will be a hot pick for most FMCG, insurance, consumer goods and automobile companies. Vodafone is slated to launch a recruitment drive across colleges in rural India to scout for talent which can grow the mobile service provider in India's heartland.
Skills and pay

Research Analytics: Graduate degree in mathematics, econometrics or statistics-Rs 5 lakh to Rs 7 lakh

Digital Services: Graduate degree with a certification course in C++, J2ME or JAVA-Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 5 lakh

Facility Management: Marine engineers and hospitality graduates-Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh
Automobile Designer: An engineering degree and a creative bent of mind-Rs 6 lakh to Rs 8 lakh
Rural Marketing and Sales Jobs-Graduate degree or an MBA in rural marketing with good understanding of local area-Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 4 lakh (Figures are entry level salary per annum)

Life of an Aghori in Haridwar

Even as lakhs of devotees gathered in the holy city of Haridwar marking the occasion of second shahi snan (royal bath) during the ongoing Mahakumbh Mela, the place also turned a major venue for the activities of aghoris (sorcerers).

Headlines Today tracked the grizzly way of life of aghoris at the Mahakumbh and captured the shocking form of tantrik worship. Apart from taking holy dips in the Ganga for the cleansing of their mind, body and soul, also came out the other side of their spirituality. The investigation revealed the mysterious and the menacing world of people who rise from the ashes as night descends.

It was no less than an aura of deep belief that ties more with the dead than with life. Hindus believe a holy dip in the Ganga, particularly on the auspicious days during the Mahakumbh, was a step towards moksha (salvation). So the sacred ghats of Haridwar were thronged by millions of believers at the crack of dawn. Rituals continued through the day.

But as the sun set over the Ganga, darkness heralded the sinister face of human belief. It was not easy to gain the trust of the aghoris at the Mahakumbh. They don't like the company of the living and Shukranath was no exception. But after coaxing him for days, this aghori finally agreed to unveil his dark world before Headlines Today cameras. "People say aghori activities are unholy.

But I feel otherwise," Shukranath told Headlines Today. He wakes up after midnight to seek life among the dead. Drinking alcohol is an integral part of the aghori practice, but what is more shocking is that a skull is used as a cup to consume alcohol. That's what Shukranath also did. "Drinking from the skull is part of aghori customs," he said. After his drink, Shukranath was hungry.

He had some meat with him. Since cooking would take time, a hungry Shukranath did the unthinkable. He took out chunks of raw and uncooked meat and started having it with plain salt and some chilli powder.

It might be extremely repulsive, but for Shukranath it is the only way of life he knows.

Cannibalism is an essential part of aghori tradition as they believe it makes them one with Lord Shiva, who they claim also resides at cremation grounds. The cremation ground has been his bed and the funeral pyre his sole source of sustenance.

Maya challenges I-T probe with another currency garland

In a show of defiance ignoring all criticism, BSP chief and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on Wednesday got herself garlanded with currency notes said to be of the value of Rs 18 lakh.
The garland comprising notes of various denominations was put around her neck at a meeting of party leaders despite an opposition outcry over her being presented a similar garland of value estimated between Rs 21 lakh and Rs 5 crore at a massive rally in Lucknow on Monday.

"Wherever she goes, she will henceforth be greeted with garland of notes and not with garland of flowers," state PWD Minister Naseemuddin Siddiqui told reporters after the meeting.

The Bahujan Samaj Party supremo has came under sharp attack inside and outside Parliament after she got the "multi crore" currency garland comprising notes of Rs 1000.

The IT department has decided to investigate the source of the money for the garland presented to her at the 'Maha' rally.

The Congress, BJP and Samajwadi Party have also demanded a CBI probe.

Siddiqui had yesterday rejected speculation that the value of notes in the garland ran into crores of rupees, saying that the money totalled only Rs 21 lakh.

"We today presented another garland of Rs 18 lakh to the party supremo (Mayawati) collected by party units in all 18 divisions in the state," Siddiqui, who is also the BSP National General Secretary, said.

"In future, where ever her programmes are held, we will welcome her with currency notes, but the final decision rest on the party supremo," he said.

Siddiqui alleged that the opposition parties attempted to foil the party's Lucknow rally organised on the occasion of party's silver jubilee and also its founder Kanshiram's birth anniversary.
"When they (opposition) were left with no other issue, they then unnecessarily raked up the garland issue," he alleged.

"The Opposition's cheap attempt has resulted in resentment among party workers," he said.
Siddiqui said that to give a reply to the opposition parties, party workers from all divisions in the state decided to present another garland to Mayawati.
